Overview Our client, an innovative technology company specializing in communication and security solutions, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead its go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth. This leadership role will be responsible for building strong channel partnerships, expanding market presence, and developing a high-performing sales team that delivers results in education, enterprise, and government sectors.
What You'll Do Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth across multiple verticals. Lead, mentor, and expand a sales team with a focus on performance and accountability. Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts, integrators, and channel partners. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales initiatives with company goals. Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure accurate visibility into sales performance. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning. What You'll Need 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally within technology, communications, or security integration. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Strong experience in channel development and enterprise account management. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
