Director of Sales – High-Growth B2B SaaS Startup Full-time | On-site | San Francisco, CA (Jackson Square) Base Salary: $200K – $250K + Significant Equity Visa Sponsorship: Available We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director of Sales to join one of the fastest-growing startups in the venture-backed ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to lead and scale a high-velocity sales organization during a period of hyper-growth, working directly with the founding team to drive aggressive revenue targets and expand into new markets. What You’ll Do Partner directly with the founders to scale the sales organization through rapid growth.
Drive significant revenue growth across current and future verticals.
Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of high-performing sales leaders.
Lead from the front—actively participating in key deals, coaching sales managers, and refining outbound motions.
Build scalable sales processes, forecasting systems, and performance frameworks to support long-term growth.
What We’re Looking For 3+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 1 year managing sales managers.
Proven success in B2B or SaaS startups with strong outbound sales motions.
Comfortable being hands-on and “in the trenches” while also building scalable systems.
Experience driving measurable growth in a high-velocity go-to-market environment.
Willing and able to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days/week (relocation support available).
What You’ll Get $200K – $250K base salary + performance incentives.
