Director of Sales

Build and execute data-driven annual sales plans
Contribute to our Long-Range Business Plan with accurate sales forecasting
Collaborate with Program Management to price parts competitively and develop strategic package deals
Deliver market insights—fleet movement, utilization, and upcoming maintenance—to support planning
Partner with Supply Chain to reduce excess inventory and improve stock productivity
Manage key customer accounts and foster long-term relationships
Negotiate and manage customer contracts with precision
Uncover and pursue growth opportunities within the addressable market
What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
10+ years of progressive sales leadership in aerospace or manufacturing
A proven track record of building successful sales strategies and leading results-driven teams
Deep knowledge of the aerospace sector and its evolving market landscape
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
