Duties/Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Cultivate new business leads independently and work leads provided by the company to generate sales. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media, to reach potential clients. Product Knowledge & Presentation: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company device offerings. Provide engaging and informative presentations to medical professionals, clinics, and other potential clients. Team Leadership & Development: Oversee Sales department, offering coaching, training, and support to ensure cohesive teamwork and achievement of department and company goals. Teamwork: Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments (Marketing, Education, and Operations) to ensure cohesive teamwork to achieve sales goals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, providing exceptional service and follow-up. Utilize CRM software to track interactions and sales progress. Market Analysis & Strategy Planning: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to industry regulations, core values, and company policies. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and team performance. Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client locations, conferences, and trade shows. Work from our Louisville, KY headquarters when not traveling. Additional Responsibilities Understands the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) Performs other duties as assigned. Stays current with all corporate training and with all sales and marketing campaigns. Required Skills/Abilities Prior experience in a sales leadership role with a strong track record of success Success in building, scaling and leading high-performing sales team Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains sales staff Oversee daily workflow of department Completes bi-weekly one-on-ones with reps, evaluating their sales calls Oversee annual performance review with team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive team player who thrives in helping others learn and succeed Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to be hands-on Proficiency in CRM software, Odoo preferably, and Microsoft Office Suite. Education and Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales Experience with PEMF equipment is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to move about the facility, including manufacturing and warehouse environments on a periodic basis.
