A fast-growing hospitality company in Columbus is looking for a hands-on Director of Sales to lead a talented team and help turn an overflow of leads into consistent wins. If you thrive on relationships, coaching teams, and closing deals, this is an incredible opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Lead a team of five sales professionals and drive accountability Manage and convert 30+ daily inbound leads using Tripleseat Grow and maintain a strong book of business in Columbus Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and client retention Travel quarterly to other Midwest locations to share best practices What We're Looking For: Proven sales leadership experience (hospitality or event sales preferred) Experience with Tripleseat required A passionate closer who's not afraid to stay late when needed Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills Why You'll Love It: Base salary of $95-$105K plus healthy performance bonus Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends or holidays Amazing company culture and room to grow
