Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the hotel's customer base
- Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with brand standards and service quality
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Skills and Qualifications:
