Industry Computer Software Type Privately Held, VC-backed About the Role We are on the lookout for a strategic and dynamic Director of Sales to spearhead our revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing our go-to-market strategy across diverse customer segments, including virtual asset service providers, exchanges, custodians, fintechs, and banks. This position requires strong team management and coaching skills, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. The Director of Sales will significantly influence our company's direction, particularly with regards to stablecoins and global payments. You will be tasked with managing sales forecasting, improving pipeline velocity, and establishing operational excellence to drive consistent and scalable revenue growth. To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within a high-growth SaaS or fintech organization. A deep understanding of the crypto and payments landscape, as well as previous success in scaling sales teams from single to multi-product offerings, is crucial. You must have a strategic mindset and a demonstrated ability to refine and standardize sales processes. We are seeking a player-coach who is passionate about surpassing revenue targets and expanding our market reach. A strong understanding of essential SaaS growth metrics and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment are also vital for this role.
