Hotel Director of Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Director of Sales for our Cambria Nashville Airport Hotel to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the hotel's customer base
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and special events
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure bookings and partnerships
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
