We offer the best sports performance training platform to include: sleep, nutrition, sports psychology, strength, speed, agility and conditioning. Additionally, we offer the best sports experiences through our club teams, leagues, camps and events. Our purpose is to develop athletes for their next level of competition. Our mission is to develop our athletes leveraging our expertise and experience in sports performance, position and sport specific skills,techniques and game acumen. We are looking to add

We are looking to add a Director of Business Development to the team to lead inbound sales, outbound sales and sponsorships for all seven(7) business units under the Perfect Performance umbrella. This person will work closely with the CEO and the Director of Marketing on a daily basis to ensure that new business is being generated and existing business is being retained.

Core objectives

Manage all leads in the company CRM

Execute the company sales strategy and process to convert leads to clients

Engage with all new clients to ensure they are onboarded properly

Respond to all phone calls and emails from clients

Schedule evaluations and facility tours for all new clients

Make outbound sales calls to other sports focused organizations for partnership and joint venture opportunities

Secure sponsorships for all sports business assets to include facilities, leagues and club teams.

Requirements and qualifications

Confident to speak candidly, assume roles and tasks, and then report back on what happened as well as its impact

Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment and own the results

Goal-oriented and organized leadership

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Self-motivated and self-directed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Capable in both a leadership and team-player role

Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports

In-depth understanding of the company and its position in the industry

Bachelor’s or Associate's degree

Working knowledge of various computer programs (experience with Google Apps for business preferred)

Working knowledge of CRMs and project management tools

Excellent analytical and time-management skills with good interpersonal skills and communication with all stakeholders

Able to work remotely while having the ability to meet in person as needed
