Partner in Aging is hiring a Director of Sales — a relationship-driven outside sales professional who’s passionate about helping San Diego’s older adult population access the support and care they need. About the Role: This is an outside sales position focused on building meaningful partnerships with local professionals, organizations, and families. The ideal candidate has experience in outside sales (preferably in the aging, senior care, or healthcare space) and thrives on making connections that make a difference. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (e.g., hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, healthcare providers, estate planners, etc.) Represent Partner in Aging at events, expos, and networking groups Meet with families and professionals to explain our services and value Collaborate with internal team to track and grow lead pipeline Identify opportunities to expand our impact and brand presence in the senior space Qualifications: Proven success in outside sales Strong knowledge of aging-related services (preferred) Background in social services (preferred) Excellent communicator and relationship-builder Familiarity with San Diego County’s senior care landscape is a major plus Mission-driven and community-minded Base salary + performance-based commission 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Join a team that’s changing how families navigate aging.
