Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. - Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. - Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.
