We're seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead and grow our sales efforts, working closely with the General Manager to drive revenue and occupancy in a truly one-of-a-kind setting. What You'll Do: Lead all hotel sales initiatives, with a hands-on approach to market segmentation, strategy execution, and team management. Identify business opportunities in corporate, SMERF, group, and extended stay segments, and support sales managers in achieving performance goals. Represent the hotel in the community and conduct impactful client site tours and presentations. Develop and manage strategic sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and reports aligned with revenue targets. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies. Partner with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably at a boutique or upscale property. Knowledge of revenue management principles, STR reports, and hospitality sales software. Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
