Job Title: Director of Sales Job Type: Full-Time Base Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 (plus potential individual contributor commissions, Team override commissions, and year end bonus)
Company Details: This is a family-owned company and has been in the industry since 1915. They specialize in Workplace Solutions, providing expert services in Commercial and Residential Moving, Library Relocation, Records Management, Warehousing and Fulfillment, and Logistics.
: As the Director of Sales, you’ll lead our sales team and help grow our business in the workplace solutions. You’ll manage Account Executives, build strong relationships with clients, and work closely with other departments to create smart sales strategies. You’ll report to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities: ● Lead and support a team of Account Executives, helping them improve and succeed. ● Build and carry out sales plans to increase revenue and expand into new markets. ● Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop targeted strategies and campaigns. ● Find new business opportunities in industries like Education, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. ● Oversee the sales process, including prospecting, pricing, and forecasting. ● Help close new accounts and maintain strong client relationships. ● Communicate company goals clearly to the team and recognize achievements. ● Foster a positive team environment and encourage open communication. ● Ensure consistent and effective use of our CRM system. ● Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events. Requirements ● 5–10 years of sales experience in workplace solutions, storage, or logistics, with at least 3 years leading a sales team. ● Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. ● Experience creating and executing sales plans. ● Comfortable using CRM tools to manage sales activity and data. ● Able to manage budgets and keep costs under control. ● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
