The Director of Sales is responsible for the efficient operation of the sales department, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. This role involves providing leadership in all sales activities within the hotel, collaborating closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the efforts of the Sales Department and other staff. Qualifications Ideally, candidates should have a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales is required. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
