The Role:
As Director of Sales, you’ll take ownership of revenue growth and sales execution, leading a team responsible for strategic customer acquisition and retention. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to build scalable processes, drive a solutions-focused sales culture, and grow a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and scale a direct sales team (currently 3 reps; will expand to 7)
Develop and execute growth strategy to scale revenue from $50M to $100M
Travel locally 2 days/week with reps; remaining days in-office
Implement value-based selling methodology across the team
Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and customer focus
Collaborate with executive leadership on territory, pipeline, and forecasting
Mentor and coach team members with a long-term view of leadership development
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience managing direct sales teams (not through distributors/partners)
Industrial B2B sales background (e.g., automation, controls, fluid systems, manufacturing)
Strong track record in value selling and scaling revenue
Structured, process-oriented leader with strong communication skills
Comfortable in a hands-on leadership role with local field travel
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $200K+ bonus
