Summary: Our client is looking for a Director of Sales - Warehousing to join their team! This individual will lead sales initiatives across California, focusing on warehousing and logistics solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a B2B sales environment, excels at both managing existing accounts and developing new business, and has a proven ability to close deals with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and distribution-focused companies. Responsibilities: Manage and grow an assigned book of warehousing and logistics clients Drive new business development through targeted outreach and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and distribution partners Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations to key decision-makers Track and manage sales activity using CRM and virtual selling tools Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience Background in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding Experience selling to freight forwarders, 3PLs, or distribution-focused companies Comfortable managing a book of business while actively hunting for new opportunities Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident in presenting to executive-level stakeholders Proficient in using CRM systems and virtual selling platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and LinkedIn Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently About Us: At Envision, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between exceptional talent and leading organizations nationwide.
