About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Director to spearhead our Sales Strategy team, focused on driving significant revenue growth through customer acquisition and deepening existing client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with extensive experience in revenue generation, ideally within the financial services or index data sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing innovative sales strategies, managing lead generation efforts, and identifying key partnerships to propel our growth objectives forward. You will oversee the execution of sales initiatives, monitor performance against targets, and design effective campaigns to enhance market penetration.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with leadership to define and refine sales and retention strategies.

Providing clear, actionable reporting to senior management.
Leading cross-functional teams and cultivating strategic partnerships.
Engaging with clients and industry stakeholders to foster relationships.
Championing a culture of continuous improvement informed by market analysis and client feedback.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Over 10 years of experience in revenue generation roles.
A bachelor’s degree; relevant certifications such as CFA are highly regarded.
A proven ability to create and lead a high-performance sales culture.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
