Qualifications:
Highly motivated, determined, well-spoken.
Ability to receive written and verbal directions.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, with 2-4 years’ experience in hospitality or hotel sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize hotel profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Conduct sales calls to key accounts or major prospects.
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and hotel budget.
Manage lead sources to ensure quality and quantity of all leads entering the property.
Seek new customers through strategic outbound sales efforts for groups, extended stay groups, and transient room revenue.
Manage the process of Local Negotiated Rates (LNR), RFP processes (brand, CVB, third-party, etc.), and other booking channels such as CVENT and OTAs.
