Together, we serve more than 6,500 residents across the country.Aston Gardens at Sun City Center and Aston Gardens at The Courtyards are now hiring a dynamicDirector of Salesto lead our sales efforts and help future residents find the lifestyle they deserve.Location:Sun City Center, FLCompensation:$45,000 Base + Commissions = $130K+ Earning OpportunitySign-On Bonus: $1,500 total — paid in two installments: $500 after 30 consecutive days of employment and $1,000 after 90 consecutive days of employment.Your Role: Director of SalesAs the Director of Sales (DOS), you’ll lead the sales function for both Aston Gardens communities—connecting with prospective residents, guiding them through their decision-making journey, and driving occupancy results. Your goal is to build lasting relationships, convert inquiries to move-ins, and help ensure our communities remain thriving, welcoming environments.
