Director of Sales - Roofing

SeekOne Roofing, headquartered in Brentwood, TN, is a people-first organization built on purpose, growth, and service. We proudly serve Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL communities and are now expanding our team. We are hiring a Director of Sales to lead our sales team. This is a full-time position offering a total compensation package of $75,000 – $100,000 per year based on experience.

This position follows a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with weekends required as needed.

ARE YOU THE DIRECTOR OF SALES WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management (roofing insurance restoration industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

AVERAGE DAY AS A DIRECTOR OF SALES

As a Director of Sales, you will oversee all roofing sales operations and ensure the team is consistently working toward established goals. You will recruit, train, and mentor representatives while developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share. Your day will include leading daily and weekly meetings, reviewing performance data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will create canvassing plans, track activity, and supervise efforts. You will also coach leaders to strengthen their leadership abilities, provide motivation to the team, and conduct regular training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge. In addition, you will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure efficient processes and a strong customer experience.
