A mission-driven health tech company is seeking a Director of Sales to lead growth within its pharmaceutical vertical. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you'll drive the go-to-market strategy, build relationships with top pharma and biotech companies, and close complex, high-value deals that directly improve patient access and affordability.
What You'll Do
Lead the go-to-market strategy for the pharmaceutical sector
Identify and engage key decision-makers across Market Access, Patient Services, and Commercial teams
Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing strategic partnerships
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategy
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align solutions with evolving pharma needs
Customize offerings to address complex patient support and affordability challenges
What You Bring 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to pharmaceutical companies
Proven success building and scaling a vertical or new market
Deep knowledge of the pharma landscape, including market access and patient services
Strong track record of closing high-value, complex deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time
