Director of Sales Performance

Our client is looking for a Director of Sales Performance to work onsite in the Pine Brook, New Jersey offices.
Salary: 225K-260K
Responsibilities: Expectations Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM usage across the sales team.
Drive new business through strategic outreach and resource utilization.
Ensure seamless client handoff from sales to production.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support client needs and business objectives.
Leadership & Team Management Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent.
Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Drive excellence in execution across all sales processes and initiatives.
Identify and target high-potential clients using strategic outreach and engagement.
CRM & Data Analytics Oversee and train the sales team on Salesforce CRM usage; act as a Salesforce super-user.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Own the sales forecast and pipeline management process to ensure visibility and predictability.
Performance Management Define and monitor KPIs, sales targets, and incentive plans.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Implement and manage sales performance incentive programs.
Reporting & Communication Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful sales reports to senior leadership.
Ensure proper communication and coordination between Sales and other departments (Sales Ops, Project Management, Finance, Marketing).
Client Engagement & Relationship Building Support the team in increasing client touchpoints and deepening relationships.
Cultivate long-term partnerships with vendors and clients to strengthen company ties.
Required Qualifications: 5+ 7 years in sales, with proven success in managing and developing teams
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com ; must be a super-user
Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong relationship-building and client engagement capabilities
Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-transactional environment
Skilled in coaching and training sales professionals
Upholds high ethical standards and aligns with company values
Ability to travel if needed for client meetings, business development entertaining, or team culture building
