Position Title: Director of Sales & Marketing Schedule: Days/Varied

· Bachelor's Degree preferred

· Two years supervisory/management experience to include hiring staff, coaching, performance management and daily operations supervision

· 3-5 years of successful marketing and sales experience with meeting or exceeding goals

· Previous experience with a Life Plan Senior Living Community strongly recommended or Rental Senior Living Community considered

· Superlative communication and interpersonal skills

· Demonstrate good judgement, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills

· Passion for seniors

· Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community

· Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

· Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, Sales Force, & the ability to learn new applications as needed

· Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate both small and large group presentations

· Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed
