Your Opportunity: Lead the Equipment Division We're hiring a
Director of Sales & Marketing
to lead revenue growth and branding strategy for our "Equipment Division", which is
three of our five companies - Willborn, ACT, and SkyRite.
This is an enterprise-level role, reporting directly to the C-Suite, with high visibility and significant impact. If you're a hands-on leader with a head for strategy, a heart for people, and a drive to win, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do Build and Lead High-Performing Teams - Recruit, coach, and inspire salespeople and marketers to hit goals and build lasting relationships. Craft Bold, Customer-Centered Strategy - Create aggressive but achievable growth plans, expansion roadmaps, and campaign calendars. Drive Measurable Results - Own the sales pipeline and KPIs. Set targets. Hit targets. Raise the bar. Oversee Brand & Marketing Efforts - Lead brand storytelling, marketing automation, digital campaigns, lead gen, and messaging across channels. Collaborate Across Divisions - Work closely with operations, estimating, product leaders, and executives to keep customers at the center of every handoff. Create a Winning Culture - Build a fun, competitive, and values-driven work environment where people love to perform.
What We're Looking For Proven B2B Sales & Marketing Leadership - 3+ years leading a team with results to show. Track Record of Growth - You've built sales processes, closed major deals, and developed high-output teams. Digital Marketing Acumen - Familiar with CRM, SEO, paid advertising, automation tools, and campaign management. People Leader - You're a natural coach, trusted leader, and strong communicator. Strategic and Hands-On - You think long-term but don't hesitate to roll up your sleeves and execute.
