Take charge of the City Wide Facility Solutions Commercial Building Solutions (CBS) divisiona vibrant team committed to providing over 20 facility services, including HVAC, electrical, general maintenance, parking lot restoration, and emergency response. In this role, you'll be responsible for strategic oversight, team building, client engagement, vendor coordination, and driving revenue growth across the Seattle metro area and its surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow CBS offerings and market presence
Drive sales performance, client acquisition, and revenue growth
Oversee project execution, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and project team
Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure service excellence
Collaborate with executive leadership on forecasting and profitability
Ensure compliance with safety, credit, and operational procedures
Success Metrics:
Revenue and sales targets
On-time, on-budget project delivery
Client satisfaction and contract renewals
Team performance and retention
Vendor service quality
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Construction Mgmt., or related field (preferred)
3+ years of leadership experience in facility services, construction, or project management
Strong B2B sales background with proven results
Knowledge of commercial building systems and maintenance practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Valid drivers license and local travel availability

Uncapped commissions - Salary 130,000 - 140,000.
