Requested Tasks:-Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to drive performance and exceed goals.-Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and increase market share.- Manage the hotel's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising campaigns.Requested Capabilities:- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
