  • Partner with marketing to strengthen our digital footprint and improve the social media presence of each restaurant
  • Serve as the face of the company at events and during key moments of guest experience
  • Build systems and KPIs that empower the private dining team to exceed sales goals and earn commissions

  • Experience creating and communicating BEOs to FOH and BOH teams
  • Budget and P&L awareness to guide strategy and team accountability
  • High emotional intelligence and an approachable, proactive communication style
  • A continuous improvement mindset: strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience tracking key sales and marketing metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, lead-to-booking timelines, and outreach efficiency
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to build trust across teams and leadership levels
Role Expectations:
  • Comfortable traveling regularly between restaurant locations and working a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • Operates effectively in restaurant environments - engaging with kitchen and front-of-house teams and leading by example
