Director of Sales and Marketing

Our central NJ client is growing its sales and marketing team. The Director role is new and will be managing the inside sales department, a marketing coordinator and a brand manager. The company has multiple product lines but this one is for their professional supplement line. This person must be strategic yet tactical, must be able to roll things up to a high level, report to the President and take clear direction, work within the confines of the strategic sales and marketing plan and within a small to modest budget (under $1M) to drive this team.

Ideally, this person will open new doors for new relationships that will drive business. Must have experience within the supplement industry to provide real-world guidance as the company is revenue-focused, extremely fast-paced, laser focus regenerative nutrition company.

As for must have – experience with a competitive nutritional supplement company within the professional channel or CPG devoid of retail experience. No other experience will be considered. Relocation assistance will be offered since this is an in-office role except for trade shows.

Two weeks' vacation, five PTOs, eight national days off and profit sharing.
