The Director will manage three division Sales Managers, set sales strategy, develop key accounts, and actively participate in customer-facing sales activities. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management Business Development Reporting & Forecasting Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the welding supply, industrial distribution, or manufacturing sectors. 2+ years of sales leadership or team lead experience.
