Position Overview
The Director of Sales and Business Development will lead and oversee all sales operations across three companies, driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships. This executive-level role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in the field. The Director will manage three division Sales Managers, set sales strategy, develop key accounts, and actively participate in customer-facing sales activities.

Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the welding supply, industrial distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
2+ years of sales leadership or team lead experience.
