Transak is revolutionizing digital finance by offering fiat on/off-ramps to help applications to be accessible to global users through blockchain rails.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and drive our Americas (mainly focused on North America, with potential growth into Latin America) sales efforts from our Miami office. This strategic role will focus on driving revenue growth by selling Transak's comprehensive suite of on/off ramp products, including retail and corporate on/off ramps, NFT Checkout, and stablecoin and payments APIs. You will target market segments such as wallets, exchanges, games, retail finance apps, remittance platforms, and B2B payment solutions, with a special emphasis on navigating complex sales within large financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Close new deals and generate revenue
Sales Leadership : Be a champion of sales hygiene, organization, and guide other junior team members
Complex Sales : Navigate multi-stakeholder, high-value deals within larger financial institutions, understanding regulatory and compliance needs unique to these clients.
Product Evangelism : Deeply understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of Transak's suite of products, tailoring messaging to address specific needs of wallets, exchanges, gaming companies, retail finance apps, and remittance services.
Market Expansion : Use your industry knowledge to find "zero to one" new market opportunities for new revenue
Travel : Represent Transak at industry conferences, trade shows, and on-site customer meetings throughout North America to strengthen relationships and close high-impact deals.
Qualifications:
Experience : 7+ years in sales, with proven success selling complex solutions within payments, blockchain, SaaS, or financial services.
Market Knowledge : Strong understanding of blockchain payments, digital finance, and industry segments such as wallets, exchanges, remittance, and B2B payment platforms.
Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to navigate high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a consultative approach.
Relationship-Building : Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with a focus on building sustainable, long-term client relationships.
Languages: native English, proficient in Spanish (optional)
Location : Based in Miami or willing to relocate; occasional travel required within North America and Latin America.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary
Uncapped commission on gross profit generated
Stock Options: Transak offers equity option grants alongside cash pay for sales leadership roles
