We're hiring senior operators to own one of four critical domains: approvals, onboarding, or finance. You'll have full accountability and the chance to build the machine. 2 Hour Learning powers Alpha, GT School, and other performance-driven K–12 schools built on a bold premise: students can master a year of content in two focused hours a day. Responsibilities Owning one domain of the national launch plan: regulatory approvals, onboarding + systems, or financial operations Leading cross-functional execution with full decision rights and accountability Building playbooks where none exist — and pressure-testing them in real-time Collaborating directly with founders, functional leads, and campus staff to deliver launch-ready infrastructure Using AI tools and automation to streamline ops and accelerate execution Requirements At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm Proven track record owning cross-functional operations in high-stakes environments Clear spike in one or more: regulatory navigation, onboarding systems, or financial ops at scale Structured thinker with strong execution bias U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel ~1 week/month Comfort using AI tools to streamline workflow and accelerate delivery 2 Hour Learning is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
