HealthCare Support is seeking a Director of Resident Services - Registered Nurse  to fill an opening with a luxury Senior Living Community in San Francisco, CA!
Daily Responsibilities for Director of Resident Services - Registered Nurse : Responsible for partnering with clinical partners on the residents’ behalf, and advocating for residents’ holistic health Perform assessments and reassessments to establish appropriate individualized service plans Responsible for Quality Enhancement / Quality Assurance reviews, and Infection Control program 100% onsite I Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required Qualifications for Director of Resident Services - Registered Nurse : Registered Nurse licensed to practice in CA 5+ years of RN experience, including leadership Experience in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and/or Home Health Experience in direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid Experience coordinating educational events Able to work flexible work hours due to the demands of the position Must possess a valid driver’s license
