THE DIFFERENCE YOU'LL MAKE: As the Director of Resident Care, you are the cornerstone of our compassionate assisted living community. You seamlessly manage your staff, coordinating care plans to ensure every resident receives the personalized support they need. You maintain open lines of communication, providing crucial updates to families, residents, and your team. You're constantly evaluating processes and procedures, looking for ways to improve the quality of care and ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity. You also oversee the administrative side, from billing to scheduling and filling medications for some residents, all while remaining on call 24 hours a day to provide support and guidance to your staff.
