What You'll Be Doing: As our DOR, you'll be the force behind our rehab department, ensuring top-tier therapy care, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. Here’s a glimpse of your daily impact:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a skilled team of therapists, assistants, and techs
Coordinate treatment schedules and assign caseloads efficiently
Ensure patients receive timely, effective therapy that meets individualized goals
Maintain clean, accurate records for both clinical and administrative compliance
Partner with physicians, contractors, department heads, and facility leadership
Stay hands-on with patient care — screening, evaluating, and treating as needed
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team development
Support quality assurance initiatives, care plan conferences, and marketing efforts
Monitor budget performance, optimize department revenue, and control costs
Participate in facility and regional leadership meetings
Serve as a key communication bridge between therapy services and the broader healthcare team
What You Bring to the Table:
A degree from an accredited program in PT, OT, or SLP , with current state licensure
Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare/rehab setting
Excellent clinical judgment and a drive for high-quality outcomes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A problem-solver mindset and a calm demeanor under pressure
Passion for mentoring others and fostering a collaborative team environment
What’s Required:
Physical ability to support patient care, including lifting and transferring up to 250 lbs (with assistance if needed)
Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, trainings, or support at other sites
Compliance with local health regulations, including post-employment screening
Availability for full-time employment
