Position Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department. This includes but is not limited to the supervision of all therapy personnel, patient/resident satisfaction and evaluating/implementing new programs to meet the needs of the facility and it's patients.

Current, OT, PT, SlP Licensed as required in California Minimum of 3 years' direct patient care experience and at least 1 year of management experience preferred Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Works collaboratively and independently to problem solve issues Knowledge of all regulations governing the department Kind, positive management style with ability to modify communication to the persons being dealt with at the level of maturity to which they function.
