Revital Rehab Services - Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab, a premier skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA, is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation (PT/SLP)  to lead and oversee our therapy department. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department

Lead and mentor a team of therapists and therapy assistants

Ensure staff compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements

Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation

Develop and implement innovative therapy programs to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited program with a Doctorate, MS, MA, BS, BA degree in Physical or Speech Therapy

Licensed Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist in the state of PA

Minimum of three years of hands-on patient care experience

At least one year of management experience in a rehabilitation setting or proven success as a point person under clinical operations supervision
