*Responsibilities* * Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards related to senior care and long-term care. * Develop and implement programs that enhance the quality of life for residents, focusing on memory care and community engagement. * Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while promoting a positive work environment. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs. * Organize events and activities that promote social interaction and well-being among residents. * Provide training and support to staff on best practices in senior care, working with individuals with disabilities, and effective communication strategies. * Foster relationships with families and community partners to enhance service delivery and support.

*Experience* * Proven experience in a leadership role within senior care, nursing homes, or related fields. * Background in social work or home community care preferred. * Strong understanding of memory care principles and practices. * Demonstrated ability in event planning and managing schedules effectively. * Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,588.00 - $99,017.00 per year
