We’re hiring a full-time, in-office Director of Operations to lead the backend systems of our high-performing real estate team based in Grand Junction, Colorado. This is a W-2 position with a base salary of $50,000–$60,000, performance-based bonuses, and benefits including a Simple IRA and 10 days of PTO per year.
This is more than a coordinator role—we’re looking for a strategic operator who can partner directly with the team owner to translate vision into systems, bring order to complexity, and move projects from idea to implementation.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly Responsibilities: Manage the full transaction process Track and report team performance metrics and pipeline activity Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and materials Lead internal team meetings and ensure action steps are completed Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members—including sales agents, transaction coordinators, and administrative staff—as the team continues to grow. Support database management, client follow-up systems, and automation Maintain and improve operational checklists, templates, and systems Qualifications: Strong project management and task prioritization skills Proficient with CRMs, databases, spreadsheets, and digital workflows Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Capable of running meetings, setting timelines, and following up Skilled in written and verbal communication Confident working independently while aligning with team goals Able to create, maintain, and refine systems to improve efficiency About Company The Grand Junction Group is led by Dianne Dinnel, a highly respected agent with over 30 years of experience in real estate, finance, and sales.
