In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all real estate transactions and developments comply with local and national regulations and internal policies. You will be instrumental in providing clear, actionable legal advice on a variety of real estate matters, aligning with the business's objectives and stakeholder interests. This position requires a strategic leader who can define and implement legal and governance strategies for real estate transactions, manage major projects effectively, and establish standardized processes for the entire project lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you must hold a J.D. from an accredited university, be an active member of the bar in the United States, and possess at least 8 years of in-house legal experience focused on real estate development. You should also have robust expertise in commercial and industrial real estate, exceptional project management capabilities, and a proven track record of successful leadership in complex development undertakings.
