Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays. 401k with match. THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Ensure food safety of the product. Conduct audits. Lead and train QA teammates on quality and food safety. Maintain documentation and records. Review, monitor, make recommendations on quality SOPs. BACKGROUND PROFILE: Food Background -Required. Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business – preferred. SQF and HACCP Certifications – Preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Some travel required.
