Director OF Quality Assurance

A company in the Montgomery, AL area is looking for a talented Director of Quality Assurance to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the ownership and continuous improvement of QMS/EMS by driving enhanced and value-added processes to support customer requirements, business needs and execution of company goals while leading a small team. The Director of QA will drive product and process improvement of KPIs while also owning the quality and environmental regulatory, third party, and internal audits and certifications (AS9100, FAA, EASA). This role requires the ability to wear multiple hats and work with other indirect functions of the business to remediate internal and external quality issues.
