This is a key role within the quality organization supporting the new health & welfare record keeping platform. This individual will serve in a multifaceted function working in close collaboration with business partners, Architects and Agile delivery teams to improve/re-design existing testing automaton tools and framework to support product delivery. This role will further require the person to apply analytical and business skills to identify opportunities for end-to-end process improvement across all phases of testing to achieve efficiency and superior product quality.The TeamThe Health Care Technology Group delivers innovative and cutting-edge digital solutions to help Fidelity’s clients and participants meet their healthcare needs. The Expertise You Have Demonstrated leadership capability working across diverse teams.Strong communication and collaboration skills.15+ years industry experience of software engineering and quality assuranceBS degree in computer science or an engineering field preferred and relevant work experience in healthcare space desired.Proven track record of working on complex software testing projects and expertise in test automation tools and engineering best practices.
