What This Position Offers
- $75,000 Base + Benefits: Own your results, lead the ops team, and earn like the executive you are.
- Full Department Ownership: You will lead leasing, maintenance, accounting, and all property management operations - this is your house to run.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
•Leading, hiring, training, and holding the ops team accountable
•Optimizing systems (AppFolio, SOPs, RTMs)
•Driving owner satisfaction, tenant happiness, and net profitability
•Solving problems before they start
•Running the ops department like a well-oiled machine
What You WON'T Be Doing:
•Playing middle manager in a broken system
•Juggling a portfolio and getting no help
•Getting blamed for everything with zero authority
•Watching your big ideas collect dust
Qualifications
This Role Is For You If You:
•Have 5+ years of residential property management experience
•Have 2+ years in a leadership role
•Are comfortable leading teams and optimizing systems
•Are Charleston-based and ready to go all-in
•Want your fingerprints on something real - and the seat that comes with it
