Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Project Managers to deliver multiple projects that meet client expectations and achieve financial objectives. Monitor and optimize the financial performance of projects, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability. Develop and present detailed project management reports to communicate progress, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders. Oversee the planning and execution of high-complexity, large-scale projects, stepping in as needed to ensure success. Support HS&E to help ensure all projects are in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Supervise project teams through effective leadership of subordinate managers, fostering collaboration and accountability. Support business development by participating in proposal reviews and contributing to client acquisition strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years’ experience leading professional teams, including supervisors, business support, technical, or production staff. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred; Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification acceptable with relevant experience Proven ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful project execution. At least 7years’ experience as a Project Manager in an industrial fabrication facility, construction, or related industry. Demonstrated expertise in managing project budgets and financial resources. Strong background in project scheduling and schedule management tools, software, and methodologies.
