Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from NetGain Technologies, LLC Job Description: The Director of Professional Services is responsible for the overall delivery of projects, pre-sales, and procurement related functions. This includes management of the teams resources, developing and implementing process improvements, and establishing strategic plans. The Director of Professional Services should regularly evaluate team efficiency and make necessary changes to maximize staff productivity. This individual is required to integrate with all departments that are impacted by procurement and projects. Needs to possess strong organizational and customer service skills, leadership abilities, and analytical thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities: The following is a list of tasks/duties, to be performed by the position of Director of Professional Services. This is not a complete list of tasks/duties, additional responsibilities assigned as needed. Project Activities: Provide direction and support for all projects assigned to the team Address project escalations as they arise and provide solutions for a path forward Field inquiries from team members and clients on project requests Collaborate with the team to identify and execute on any process improvements Identify areas of technical training needed for team members and develop plans to fill those needs Management: Management of the Professional Services Engineers, Project Managers, and Project coordinators Monitor PS schedules for resource allocation and utilization Review, revise, and implement team processes as necessary Continuous improvement of overall success, health, morale, and cohesiveness of the team Managed Services Integration Field any tickets escalations that require a PS resource Interface with MS team on post deployment support for MS clients Provide oversight and direction for break/fix clients Interface with sales team on establishing plans for new project opportunities Oversee and coordinate pre-sales efforts the team is assigned to Draft Scope of Works and gather project estimates Field all new orders and ensure Project Managers have adequate information to start the project Provision Microsoft tenants and subscriptions for new projects Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with an MSP 2+ years of staff management experience, preferably with an MSP 5+ years of technical/engineering experience Advanced quantitative skills, complemented by intellectual curiosity Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and organizational skills Strong initiative, ownership, and attention to detail Ability to conduct primary and secondary research in our industry Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence Ability to motivate a team of diverse individuals Highly advanced Excel skills Personal Attributes: Results-oriented links decisions to overall business objectives Decisive experience making and implementing sound strategic decisions based on a mixture of analysis, experience, and judgment Intelligence possess raw horsepower necessary to tackle complex problems Cost-conscious maniacal focus on managing costs/margins Affable and collaborative ability to embrace, support and practice a collaborative style which fosters meaningful relationship-building.
