Compensation & Benefits • Potential Total Compensation: $200,000+ (no limit on salary) • Base Salary: $40,000 • Paid Time Off • Health Benefits • Ongoing growth opportunities and leadership development Responsibilities: • Coach new and existing agents on lead generation, productivity, and conversion strategies • Drive accountability through regular 1-on-1 sessions, goal tracking, and performance reviews • Implement and reinforce Keller Williams systems and models (Command, 36Touch, 30-60-90, MREA) • Lead group coaching, masterminds, and productivity workshops • Monitor and measure agent performance metrics to ensure rapid growth • Help agents develop time-blocking habits and business-building routines • Foster a culture of high performance, professionalism, and growth Qualifications: • Active real estate license with a strong track record in sales and leadership • Deep familiarity with Keller Williams models and tools (Command, 36Touch, MREA, etc.) • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • A passion for developing others and celebrating their wins • Experience in training, mentoring, or agent onboarding preferred • Must be tech-savvy and systems-oriented Compensation: $40,000 yearly • Coach new and existing agents on lead generation, productivity, and conversion strategies • Drive accountability through regular 1-on-1 sessions, goal tracking, and performance reviews • Implement and reinforce Keller Williams systems and models (Command, 36Touch, 30-60-90, MREA) • Lead group coaching, masterminds, and productivity workshops • Monitor and measure agent performance metrics to ensure rapid growth • Help agents develop time-blocking habits and business-building routines • Foster a culture of high performance, professionalism, and growth
