TITLE: Technical Product Director LOCATION: 100% Remote, Preference given to candidates living in Chicago

PAY: Target pay for this role is between $200k and $230k annually + bonus, but may vary based on experience?

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ?

Entrepreneurial, self-starter with successful enterprise experience to come in and evaluate personnel on team, workstream, and process, and brings a playbook to their team of how they go about establishing and honing those best practices. Someone that can put the right product management software in place to drive communication and someone that understands the art of communication around the product marketing component and can

autonomously pick up the commercial side of the business and have a strategy handed to them and be solution oriented on how to go build that strategy. Good handle on eCommerce understanding clearly how their contributions in the product space have contributed to the overall strategical vision of the organization.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ? Experience leading in an agile product management environment 4-8+ years’ experience in product development, product management, and scaling mobile and web products Experience driving large projects across a complex organization with multiple brands Strong understanding of eCommerce Experience identifying KPIs and consistently delivering work that has a quantifiable impact on the customer and business PLUSES Past experience with AI use cases Past experience in regulated environments Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and leveraging data to make those decisions Preference will be given to candidates that live in or around Chicago
