We are seeking a Director of Product & Technology to lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle and serve as a technical leader for our organization and our credit union clients. This role bridges strategy and execution; owning product vision, translating requirements into technical deliverables, managing development teams and contractors, and ensuring Tru Treasury's technology stack, that heavily leverages AWS cloud services, aligns with our growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Owning and managing the product development lifecycle all Tru Treasury Products. This include requirements gathering to release and continuous improvement Translating business and client needs into product requirements and technical features Leading and managing Tru Treasury's internal development team, contractors, and third-party development partners Overseeing and optimizing the AWS relationship, including infrastructure management, vendor negotiations, cost efficiency, and compliance/security Serving as the technical leader and advisor for Tru Treasury's leadership team, board, and clients Managing and strengthening third-party technology relationships, integrations, and vendor partnerships Ensuring development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals Collaborating with executive leadership to prioritize product roadmap and ensure scalability, security, and innovation Providing technical credibility in client-facing discussions and presentations Supporting client technical integrations Qualified candidates will possess many, if not all, of the following experience, knowledge, and skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required) 7+ years of experience in product management, product development, or technical leadership, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services technology Demonstrated experience managing development teams, contractors, and external vendors Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure, cloud cost management, and security best practices Ability to write and manage user stories, define requirements, and translate business goals into technical execution Experience working in agile development environments Strong communication skills and ability to bridge executive, client, and technical conversations Why Tru Treasury At Tru Treasury, we partner with credit unions across the country to deliver world-class treasury management products and advisory services.
