This position will be working on the S&T Inc. team. What You Will Be Doing: The Director is responsible for developing a unique brand identity and leading a team of experienced professionals with diverse skillsets to support social-commerce and traditional retail channels, driving growth initiatives for the S&T Inc. brand. The Director will ensure all customer touchpoints align with Schroeder & Tremayne’s values, are relevant, timely, consistent across platforms, and within budget. In addition, the Director will lead the S&T Inc. team to identify relevant industry and product trends, and marketing strategies, including social media, influencer interactions, storefronts, and content. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for someone thriving in a fast-paced, digital-first retail environment. Define and build a compelling brand story for existing products Lead development of products, marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives Coordinate with sales, operations, e-commerce teams for marketing efforts, launches, and campaigns Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints Champion market research, competitive analysis, viability assessments, and IP searches Stay updated on emerging trends, platforms, and technologies Develop and manage budgets Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally Qualifications and Skills BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field At least 5 years in product development, marketing, or brand management, with 2+ years managing social-commerce teams Costing experience and vendor negotiation skills Experience with Meta, Google, Affiliate marketing channels Strong analytics, attribution, and measurement skills Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset with creativity Financial acumen and multi-project handling ability Entrepreneurial spirit, flexible, and proactive attitude Interest or involvement in the product categories of the S&T brand Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Salary: Commensurate with experience.
