We are seeking a skilled and experienced Press Department Supervisor to lead our press operations team. This role is responsible for supervising all press department personnel, ensuring quality production, enforcing company policies, and supporting scheduling and sales functions. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and direct Press Operators, Helpers, and Flowmen Review job specs and oversee press setup and operation Ensure quality control through inspections and adjustments Monitor production output and complete required documentation Perform and oversee preventive maintenance Approve color matches, proofs, and setups across equipment Troubleshoot production and quality issues Manage attendance, performance, and training of press crew Enforce company policies and safety standards Coordinate with management to meet production goals Qualifications : 4-year college degree or minimum 7 years of press operation/management experience Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents in English Proficient in basic math and measurement tools Problem-solving and decision-making ability Completion of all required training and certifications Familiarity with production and testing equipment Why WorkSource?
